Casing End Seal

Pipes carrying media (e.g. gas pipes, water pipes, sewage pipes, etc.) below motorways, main roads, rail tracks, etc. are often laid in casing pipes. Casing end seals serve to protect the annular space between carrier pipe and casing pipe from moisture, dirt and animals. Our casing end seals are available for new installations and pipes already in place.

The HDU type Casing End Seals are only used for new installations. Their special folded design compensates the eccentric position of pipes relative to each other. Special types for pipe eccentricities of > 80 mm are available at an extra charge. DU seals are injection moulded parts made of EPDM (ethylene-propylene rubber). Our product range is continuously expanded.

The HTZ type Casing End Seal is a thick, heavy-duty casing seal for installations where an extra rugged seal is desired, which is designed for installations where an extra-rugged seal is required. It is designed for use on pipe that is centered at the casing ends. A screwdriver is the only tool needed to tighten the stainless-steel bands and there are extra points for tightening on the big-inch sizes. The Z-SEAL will withstand temperatures to 235°F (112°C).

The HKG type Casing End Seals are only used for new installations. This type is available in almost any size. The conical design of the HKG seal compensates the eccentric position of the pipes relative to each other
to a certain degree. Special types are available for pipe eccentricities of > 80 mm at an extra charge. The H KG casing end seal is made of an elastomeric polymerizate:NEOPREN (Chloroprene CR).
